Latest from the Grapevine is that we won't see the infamous "Team Australia" on the grid this year = word is that Craig Gore hasn't paid Walker the $1mil he owes and has bid "Adieu" to partnership... and now Will Power is in talks with KV Racing about a possible ride... also, TG has specified that CC teams have until next Friday to announce their commitments -> so far only NHLR, KVR, and Conquest have done so - DCR, Walker, and Minardi are expected to announce single car entries - while there still is no word from PCM nor RocketSports... :rolleyes:

Latest from the Grapevine is that Paul Stoddart has split from his partnership with Keith Wiggins and there won't be "Minardi Team USA" on the grid this year - maybe in 2010 when the new car formula kicks in... but in the meantime Wiggins is going to field one car - with Ernesto Viso most likely to be the driver... also, Derrick Walker hasn't given up yet and odds are we will see him field a car for at least a partial schedule...

Latest from the Grapevine is that there are 5 CC teams (8 cars) who will participate in "Transition Testing":

NHL Racing = Justin Wilson and Graham Rahal
HVM Racing = Ernesto Viso
Dale Coyne Racing = Bruno Junqueira and Mario Moraes
Conquest Racing = Franck Perera
KV Racing Technology = Will Power and Oriol Servia

Conquest and HVM are planning to add second cars sometime later in the season... Walker Racing is planning to enter a single car sometime later in the season (when enough funds are found)... PCM may come in to play next year... same goes for RocketShit, btw... and we all know Forsythe said "FTG" ?!

Bij Dale Coyne verandert er meer dan alleen maar de overgang naar de IRL. In plaats van de donderdag voor de eerste race de line-up bekend te maken doen ze dit nu morgen al! Dale Coyne zal twee wagens inzetten. Woensdagavond worden de coureurs dus bekend gemaakt. Deze zullen dan ook wel deelnemen op de test morgen en dornderdag in Sebring.

Daarmee is het nu ook zeker dat 5 teams de overstap maken.

Another thing: the "Entry List" for Homestead does not mean that those are the cars that will run full season => neither D&R nor Roth will do full season... so that is another reason to pay attention to my line-up updates ?!?!... there are not 26 cars in freaking IRL like they want us to believe in ?!?!... zwinker

Latest from the Grapevine is that "Pacific Coast Motorsports" won't be entering ICS this year but are currently negociating with "Rahal-Letterman Racing" regarding a merged deal where Alex Figge would run only road races and have a try at Indy...
